Why did we stop using facebook for games?

Hey guys,
Just curious as to why we don't use facebook for games any more?
Was it just because not everyone was on there? Because it seems like the ones that aren't on facebook, still aren't using this.

The only reason I ask is cause it's more convenient to use the facebook events feature (as much as it pains me to say it)

Is there some type of calender app/script for the system we're now using?
